2. Eligibility

By using the Salt Street website or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction

• You have the authority to enter into a legally binding agreement

• All information submitted to Salt Street is accurate and truthful

Salt Street reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit transactions at its sole discretion.

3. Orders and Custom Garments

All Salt Street garments are made to order based on the measurements and customization selections submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to completing checkout.

Once an order is placed:

• Production may begin shortly thereafter

• Orders may not be modified or cancelled once production has begun

Salt Street is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted during the ordering process.

4. Order Accuracy Confirmation

Before completing checkout, customers are presented with a summary of their garment specifications, measurements, customization options, and shipping details.

By completing checkout, customers confirm that:

• All measurements and sizing information are correct

• All customization selections are accurate

• All order details have been reviewed and approved

Salt Street is not responsible for errors in garments produced according to the specifications confirmed during checkout.

5. Digital Measurement Responsibility

Customers may provide measurements manually, through guided measurement tools, or through digital sizing assistance offered on the website.

By submitting measurements, the customer acknowledges that:

• All measurements provided are their responsibility

• Measurements may vary depending on how they are taken

• Salt Street cannot guarantee fit if incorrect measurements are provided

Salt Street manufactures garments strictly according to the measurements submitted at checkout.

Fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements, posture differences, body changes, or measuring errors do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

6. Fit Variance Policy

Tailored garments involve both craftsmanship and individual body variation. As a result, slight differences in garment fit are normal.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Tailoring preferences vary from person to person

• Fit expectations may differ between customers

• Minor fit adjustments are a standard part of tailoring

Differences related to personal preference, style interpretation, or comfort level do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Salt Street may recommend minor alterations to refine the fit when appropriate.

7. Body Measurement Changes

Customers acknowledge that body measurements can change between the time an order is placed and the time a garment is delivered.

Salt Street is not responsible for fit issues caused by:

• Weight changes

• Muscle gain or loss

• Posture changes

• Body shape changes occurring after measurements were submitted

Garments are produced based solely on the measurements provided during checkout.

8. Fabric and Color Variation Disclaimer

Due to the nature of textiles and digital displays, slight variations may occur between the appearance of fabrics online and the final garment.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Fabric colors may appear differently across screens and devices

• Natural fabrics may vary slightly in texture or weave

• Dye lots may result in subtle color variation between garments

Such variations are normal in garment manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

9. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Salt Street website are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Salt Street reserves the right to modify pricing, promotions, and product offerings at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout using authorized payment methods.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method

Salt Street reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized payment activity.

10. Production and Delivery

Production timelines vary depending on garment complexity, order volume, and supply chain conditions.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Salt Street is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs clearance

• Weather events

• Supply chain disruptions

• Labor disruptions

• Other circumstances beyond Salt Street’s control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

11. Custom Product Policy

Salt Street garments are custom-made products produced specifically for each customer.

As a result, Salt Street does not offer traditional returns or refunds for reasons including:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Style selection

• Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer

• Normal tailoring preferences

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that custom garments are non-returnable except as described in the Quality Guarantee below.

12. Quality Guarantee

Salt Street guarantees that all garments will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

If a garment arrives with a suspected manufacturing defect, customers must notify Salt Street within 14 days of delivery.

Salt Street reserves the sole right to determine whether a reported issue constitutes a manufacturing defect.

If a defect is confirmed, Salt Street may at its discretion:

• Repair the garment

• Provide a replacement garment

• Issue a refund equal to the purchase price

Salt Street may require photographs or return of the garment before providing a remedy.

13. Fit Adjustments and Alteration Assistance

Minor tailoring adjustments are often necessary to achieve a refined fit.

Salt Street may provide alteration reimbursement assistance for minor adjustments intended to refine garment fit.

Customers must contact Salt Street before performing alterations.

Eligible alterations may include:

• Sleeve length adjustments

• Trouser hemming

• Waist adjustments

• Minor jacket tapering

• Minor trouser seat adjustments

Alterations must be performed by a professional tailor or alterations specialist.

Alteration Approval Process

To qualify for reimbursement:

1. Customers must contact Salt Street within 14 days of receiving their garment

2. Provide photographs showing the fit issue

3. Receive written approval from Salt Street before performing alterations

Alterations performed without prior approval may not be eligible for reimbursement.

Reimbursement Limits

Alteration reimbursements are limited to reasonable tailoring costs and may not exceed the following guidelines:

• Suit jacket: up to $75

• Suit trousers: up to $40

• Full suit: up to $100

Receipts must be submitted showing the services performed by a professional tailor.

Salt Street reserves the right to determine whether alteration costs are reasonable according to industry standards.

14. Alterations Not Covered

Alteration reimbursement does not apply to:

• Major structural garment modifications

• Changes to garment design or styling

• Alterations required due to incorrect measurements submitted by the customer

• Alterations performed without prior approval

• Alterations completed outside the 14-day window

Salt Street reserves the right to deny reimbursement requests that appear excessive, fraudulent, or abusive.

15. Third-Party Tailor Disclaimer

Salt Street may recommend or approve local tailors for alterations; however, these professionals operate independently and are not affiliated with Salt Street.

Salt Street is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by third-party alterations

• Improper tailoring work

• Changes to garment structure performed by outside tailors

Customers assume responsibility for any garment modifications performed by third parties.

16. Customer Communication Deadline

Customers must report any concerns regarding garment quality, fit issues, or order discrepancies within 14 days of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this time frame may result in Salt Street being unable to provide assistance, remedies, or adjustments.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on the Salt Street website—including product images, branding, designs, text, graphics, and website layout—is the exclusive property of Salt Street and is protected under intellectual property laws.

No materials from the website may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Salt Street website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Salt Street disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salt Street shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products or website.

Salt Street’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the garment in question.

20. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Salt Street first to resolve any order issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of payment dispute processes may result in:

• Account suspension

• Refusal of future service

• Recovery of associated fees and costs.

21. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Salt Street services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

Customers waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the state in which Salt Street operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
