At Salt Street, every garment is made to order based on the measurements and customizations selected by the customer. Because each suit is individually crafted, production and delivery timelines differ from traditional retail garments.

This policy outlines our production, shipping, and delivery expectations.

Made-to-Order Production

All Salt Street garments are custom produced after an order is placed. Our tailoring partners begin crafting your suit using the measurements and design selections provided during checkout.

Our goal is to complete production and ship your garment within approximately 4-6 weeks of receiving your order. However, because each suit is made individually, production times may occasionally vary depending on order volume, fabric availability, and other operational factors.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery

Once production is completed, orders are shipped using our standard shipping partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

• Customer location
• Shipping carrier performance
• Weather or logistical delays
• Customs clearance for international shipments

Salt Street is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control once the package has been shipped.

We aim to have your order to you within 4 weeks of ordering.

Special Occasion Orders

If you are purchasing a suit for a wedding, event, or other time-sensitive occasion, we encourage you to contact our Customer Experience team before placing your order.

In certain cases, we may be able to prioritize production or coordinate delivery timelines on a case-by-case basis to help ensure your garment arrives when needed.

While we will always do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee expedited timelines unless confirmed in advance.

Recommended Ordering Timeline

Because custom garments sometimes require minor alterations to achieve the perfect fit, we recommend placing your order at least 6–8 weeks (approximately two months) before your event.

Ordering early allows sufficient time for:

• Production
• Shipping
• Any potential tailoring adjustments

Planning ahead helps ensure the best experience and fit for your special occasion.

Once your suit has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
